One of the most architecturally astounding and unique spaces in London, the Main Space is the beating heart of the Roundhouse and is the perfect setting for all events. An impressive blank canvas, the iconic Main Space includes a lighting rig, sound system, staging and endless branding opportunities to put your stamp on it and make it a business meeting or conference to remember. The Main Space is great for conferences, seating up to 1503 in theatre style across the whole space. The Balcony is ideal for networking with plenty of space for exhibitor stands too.

Originally built to record orchestras and big bands, Studio One is an inspiring setting for any event. Regarded as the UK’s premier orchestral studio, it has witnessed the recording of some of the most famous scores in cinema history including the scores for Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings and many more. The blank canvas space is versatile enough to accommodate large receptions, dinners and award ceremonies but can also be transformed to deliver the unique Record a Song Experience.

The Nursery Pavilion is flooded with natural light from full-height windows, and offers a massive 1,000 square metres of event space, which can be partitioned for maximum flexibility. It is an outstanding setting for any sport related event, from exhibitions and product launches to lunches, dinners and large receptions.

With floor-to-ceiling glass walls, the Second-Floor space offers a blank canvas to host a variety of events with its own private bar. The terrace also offers outdoor space with views over White City. Ideal for wedding receptions.

Hiring an exclusive area will provide you with the perfect base to enjoy our globally inspired food and drinks packages, all whilst keeping you close to all action. Then, when it`s your time to tee off, you can step directly onto the course from the comfort of your private area. This flexible area can host up to 90 people, but for larger groups can be extended out to provide an area up to 220 guests.

The stunning First Floor Dining Room is available for exclusive hire for up to 100 guests standing and 60 guests seated. With floor to ceiling glass walls and an abundance of natural light, the First Floor dining room is a versatile space to host a variety of events. The wraparound terrace offers panoramic views across Granary Square and Regent`s Canal-the perfect backdrop for any event!

Flexible and accommodating event spaces for up to 90 delegates, perfect for a small conference, seminars, workshop or training event. Partition walls allow for a versatile space that can be utilised in any way to great effect.

The stunning State Rooms provide an alternative space for a conferences, meetings, AGMs or an exhibition. The impressive Moooi lighting and adjoining Rooptop Terrace with provides view across the city always provide the WOW factor. The rooms are very flexible and can accommodate theatre, boardroom, cabaret and u-shape layouts whilst also having built in AV, making them perfect for presentations. Being separate spaces, the smaller room which is adjoined to the Rooftop Terrace works well as a break out space, ideal for refreshments, lunch breaks and networking.

The Great Hall is an imposing room at 28ft high and 115ft long. Located in the heart of BMA House on the first floor, the room offers views from a balcony over the main Courtyard. It is particularly impressive when set up for a conference, boasting luxurious retractable seating and state of the art AV equipment. The Council Chamber is equipped with state of the art audio visual facilities including HD projector, 190" screen, hearing loop, lectern with Microphone, PA System, hand held and lapel microphones. This is the perfect London presentation, hybrid event, meeting and training space. Featuring natural day light from large sash windows, the room is ideal for conferences for up to 70 people.

Situated in Arch 15, this space can host 50 people for a boardroom meeting up to 150 for presentations and conferences. Our in-house technical equipment includes a PA, 2 microphones and lighting, we have a selection of technical production suppliers who can support with any other deliverables, such as projectors or bespoke stage builds. Large glass doors create a smooth transition to the adjoining all-weather terrace, which can serve as an arrival or reception space for guests throughout the event. The space has natural light and is complete with a private bar, small terrace and bathroom. There is a TV screen which can be used for visuals, and you can connect into our speakers for any audio requirements. Capacity is 2-32 guests over one table, up to 50 guests over four tables and between 40-100 standing, depending on the set up required. We can host Corporate Dinners, Cocktail & Canapé Parties, Product Launches, Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, Weddings, Kids Parties, etc.
