The magnificent Great Hall stands as the centrepiece of Central Hall Westminster, accommodating gatherings of up to 2,000 attendees. This cosy ambiance fosters optimal interaction during AGMs, Conferences, and various special occasions, including Awards and Graduation Ceremonies. The Great Hall seamlessly caters to diverse events, ranging from classical candlelight concerts to keynote speakers, equipped with cutting-edge audio-visual and sound systems. Noteworthy for housing the largest self-supported domed ceiling in Europe, this venue offers a breath-taking setting.

Located on the ground floor of the building, the Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered seating for up to 210 guests. Perfect for Launches, Lectures, Conferences and Workshops. The room hire includes the use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery located on the lower ground floor for registration and catering, a technician during the hours booked and audio visual equipment (data projector, lectern, 6 top table microphones, 2 hand held radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, laptop)

With a capacity 400, our Main Hall retains its period features and is fully accessible by wheelchair. Being Grated 2 listed building, sadly there is no lift to balcony and stage level. Using our four HD cameras and state-of-the-art equipment recently upgraded, we can record or livestream your event to any online platform. We can also host Hybrid physical/virtual events such as conferences (with in-person and remote delegates) and talks or presentations with Q&As. This space suits any event or function requiring a large stage and floor area in a central London setting.

The Sandbox is Level39's brand-new events facility. Flexible and creative, the space is designed to facilitate best-in-class tech events situated in the heart of London's Canary Wharf. The Sandbox can accommodate up to 250 guests in a standing configuration, and up to 200 seated. The Sandbox is fully equipped with a full AV package including screens, a sound system, microphones, podium and a removable stage as well as offering exquisite views overlooking Canary Wharf and Greenwich.

The Barbican Hall is the ultimate venue for larger conferences. This fixed seating arena has fantastic acoustics, tiered seating, superb technical resources, and beautiful lighting making it an excellent, professional and modern setting for a day conference for up to 1950 delegates. The sight lines are excellent, making it so everyone in the room has a wonderful view of the stage and whoever is on it. Air conditioning and cushioned seats ensures all guests will remain cool and comfortable throughout the duration of your event.

Once named the Council Chamber, the completely refurbished auditorium is a sight to behold. Bursting with natural daylight, this amphitheatre style room is full of cutting-edge technology fit for any media presentation, conference , lecture or debate. What's more. we have a breakout area- the auditorium lounge- perfect for break-out sessions, network and catering.

The recently modernised Congress Hall is the largest function suite at Congress Centre and is both impressive and versatile. The hall is perfect for AGMs, conferences, exhibitions, launches, receptions, awards dinners, fashion shows, wedding receptions and private functions. It features natural light due to the stylish 1950s space-frame ceiling, and a timber-sprung floor. Assisted by the latest AV, touch-screen controls, 12ft drop down screen and more. DDR rates between £49-65 pp.

The largest space in the newly renovated Galadari Stand, the 175 suite can hold up to 750 people theatre style with floor to ceiling glass along the pitch facing walls. The room has access onto a private terrace as well as direct access into the Cricket Club Pavilion for breakout spaces on a day-long conference. This impressive space has the scope to host large conferences, exhibitions, presentations and immersive team-building events.

Beveridge Hall is the perfect space for conferences and large meetings. As one of central London's largest venues, it boasts flexible seating and a large stage area. The space benefits from excellent natural acoustics and audio-visual facilities including a full-size screen, audio and visual recording, fixed and roving microphones, and adjustable lighting. The complimentary Crush Hall foyer inspires visitors entering the venue, with its elegant art deco styling complemented by a dramatic staircase leading up to spacious landings.

The largest of the Club’s function rooms, the David Lloyd George Room features a grand piano once played by Rachmaninov, set against a backdrop of perfectly preserved Victorian architecture. Seating up to 140 people for formal dinners and up to 200 for a standing reception, this room is extremely adaptable. It can be set up in a myriad ways to suit various functions such as boardrooms, lectures or launch events. In addition to our David Lloyd George room, our Smoking Room can be offered as a pre-event reception space for the additional price of £275 for the hour.

Harbour Suite 1 is a bright and airy room, suitable for many events, such as business and leisure events, as well as weddings.

The Great Hall is perfect for conferences, presentations, meetings and AGMs. The space is fully equipped with an automated blackout system, lobby reception area, adjustable lighting, 13ft front projection screen and features a fixed stage and minstrel gallery.

The Sansovino is Bristol's most impressive event space!The former banking hall of Lloyds bank built in 1854, this grand room has a magnificent skylight and opulent detailed ceiling providing the most stunning back drop for any event. Seating up to 320 for banqueting or up to 400 for a standing reception, The Sansovino is perfect for any corporate event including awards ceremonies, dinners, exhibitions, conferences, networking, functions, Christmas parties or celebration events. The room can also be sectioned creating different and flexible areas.

The View is open to the general public for conferences, meetings and events. Located on the top floor of the historic Royal College of Surgeons, it boasts spectacular views of London and has a terrace guests can enjoy on summer evenings. The sixth floor space features the Conference Suite and Park View rooms, as well as two breakout spaces. Complete with built-in AV and plenty of natural light, the space has the capacity to hold up to 300 guests in theatre style or standing reception, or 120 in cabaret.

Smart, minimal and sleek, The V12 Room is the larger of the two adjoining spaces. This room is perfect for conferences, panel discussions, meetings and much more. Our capacity for theatre style conferences is over 130 people. We work with production teams that can source all the AV production for your event. The rooms can accommodate a variety of layouts such as theatre, classroom, U-shape and cabaret.
