During a recent refurbishment the lighting was upgraded and cameras were installed allowing videography and streaming to take place without any extra hassle.

The Maynard Theatre is an airy, modern conference space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is fully accessible with 2 lifts and is located on the lower ground floor. The catering is served in the spacious Maynard Foyer directly outside the Theatre which is perfect for networking and drinks receptions. The foyer can be made completely private by hiring the three additional breakouts on the same floor. The room is equipped with an in built PA system, lectern, fixed microphones. LCD projector and screen and comfort monitor.

The Edwards room is an airy, modern conference space with natural light and air conditioning. The room is located on the 1st floor and is fully accessible with 2 lifts servicing this part of the building. The versatile space is perfect for conferences that want to offer a more relaxed feel. The room comes with intelligent LED lighting, HD projector and screen, fixed microphones, lectern, computer and lectern microphone. The space also boasts a private cloakroom.

The Maxwell room is an airy, functional conference room with natural daylight, air-conditioning and is pillar free. The Maxwell room is part of the modern conference building at No.11 Cavendish Square. The room is fully accessible and is located on the first floor with 2 lifts serving this part of the building. The room is equipped with an inbuilt PA system, lectern, top table and fixed microphones, LCD projector and screen.

The Garden room is located in the Grade II listed Georgian town house part of the venue and overlooks both Cavendish Square and our Courtyard Garden. The rooms original purpose was a traditional library and research resource before being revamped into a stunning space perfect for a board meeting, training or workshops. The Garden room has 3 different spaces making it the perfect space to host registration, the meeting and lunch or drinks. The Garden room can accommodate up to 50 Theatre, 24 Cabaret or 24 Boardroom and comes with a 55" plasma screen.

The Treasurers room is located in the Grade II listed Georgian Town house part of the venue and can accommodate up to 16 delegates round a fixed oak boardroom table. This stunning space overlooks our peaceful Courtyard and Orangery, has a magnificent marble fireplace, cornicing and central chandelier. This is a very bright room with large windows and french glass doors that is the perfect space for intimate meetings, round table discussions and board meetings.

The Green House is located on the ground floor next to main reception, which exudes style and a sense of occasion. Contemporary in style, it features a beautiful, natural wood and Corian champagne bar along with led lighting to match your company branding, planting throughout and state of the art AV. The Green House captures the essence of the original building whilst complimenting our existing ground floor banqueting and reception spaces. The Green House is a versatile space that`s perfect for a corporate drinks reception, networking evening or party for up to 140.

The Chris Ham room is located in the Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse part of the venue and is an airy, bright functional space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The room is located on the ground floor, is fully accessible, is completely private and has built in catering stations overlooking Cavendish Square. The room is also equipped with an inbuilt fixed 65" LED monitor, soundbar and a magnetic wall. The Chris Ham room is perfect for an intimate board room meeting, training day or round table discussion.
